Behavioral Health

Southwest District Health is committed to supporting multiple elements of the mental health continuum of care from prevention to crisis through to stabilization. Each person and family bring their own set of experiences, challenges, and needs to a circumstance. Recognizing and respecting these individual differences is crucial in providing effective support and care. The foundation of the behavioral health team is to increase coordination and collaboration within existing SWDH programs, while supporting the behavioral health priorities identified by our communities.
