Supporting Health Where It Matters Most – In the Community
Our Community Health programs are dedicated to improving the well-being of individuals and families across our region. Through targeted outreach, prevention programs, and local partnerships, we address real-world health challenges like chronic disease, substance use, and youth wellness. We believe that healthy communities start with informed, supported individuals.
Community Health Needs Assessment
A community health needs assessment (CHNA) is a systematic process involving the community to identify and analyze community health needs.
The 2023 Greater Treasure Valley Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) represents an unprecedented partnership to align several independent regional assessments to identify the health needs of more than half of Idaho residents.
The top 3 health priorities for our region are:
- Safe and affordable housing and homelessness
- Behavioral health
- Limited access to care
