  • Ashley Hammond joins the Southwest District Health team as the Behavioral Health Clinician. Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work. She has a wealth of experience from working in community mental health and carceral settings. Ashley utilizes person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy styles. Ashley is passionate about suicide prevention and believes recovery is possible for everyone. She believes in serving the public and reducing barriers in accessing care to meet their unique needs. Ashley is an Idaho native and enjoys hiking, traveling, and watching movies in her spare time. She works with youth, adults and families living within the six counties of SWDH and conducts mental health assessments, therapy, and provides consultation and education related to mental health.​
  • Individuals can be referred by any of the Southwest District Health programs or request a consultation with Ashley.
  • Counseling services are currently anticipated to begin late 2024.
