Federal Indirect Cost Rate Agreement Negotiation
 
Southwest District Health (SWDH) is seeking assistance and guidance as it works to apply for a Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement (NICRA) with a federal cognizant agency. The purpose of this request is to seek assistance and guidance in developing, applying, and implementing the application.  Selected vendor will assist Southwest District Health with the development of a Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement with a federal cognizant agency. The Request for Bid (RFB) lead is Troy Cunningham, Fiscal Officer, Southwest District Health,  troy.cunningham@phd3.idaho.gov; (208) 455-5301. Sealed Proposals should be postmarked no later than Friday, December 15, 2023 11:59:59 Mountain Time to the RFB lead by mail to 13307 Miami Lane, Caldwell, Idaho 83607.

Youth Resource and Opportunity Collaborative (Youth ROC) – Assessment Provider

Southwest District Health (SWDH) is issuing this soliciting subgrantees to serve as an Assessment Center provider on behalf of the Youth Resource and Opportunity Collaborative (YouthROC) in Southwest Idaho.  SWDH will fund and contract with agencies that have demonstrated experience serving at-risk youth ages 10 to 17 years in Adams, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, and Washington Counties. Experience with clinical assessment of youth who have a history of trauma, behavioral and/or mental health disorders, juvenile justice or child welfare system involvement, or homelessness is desirable. The goal of the funding is to prevent youth from entering the juvenile justice and child welfare system by providing connection to community-based resources and services.
